If you are a tenant with an out of hour emergency such as a power cut or water leak please call a reputable contractor but note the tenant is responsible for settling the contractor’s bill direct.

When the emergency is the responsibility of our landlord Harvey Scott will reimburse the tenant on production of an original invoice and a receipt.
